What we collect
When you register, save a search, favorite a home, request a valuation, or ask about a listing, we store what you give us — your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the property preferences you set. We also record which listings you view while signed in, so the homes we send you are relevant rather than random.
What we do with it
We use it to send you the listing alerts you asked for and to follow up personally about homes you showed interest in. Listing data itself comes from the local MLS and is not information about you.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks. Under Nevada law (NRS 603A.300–.360) you may direct us not to sell your covered information; because we do not sell it at all, that request is already satisfied, but you are welcome to submit one and we will confirm in writing.
Your choices
- Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it stops alerts immediately and permanently unless you ask us to turn them back on.
- You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Deleting your data means we can no longer send you alerts, since we would no longer know what you were looking for.
Designated request address
Nevada requires a designated address for privacy requests. Ours is privacy@biggestlittlerealty.com. We respond within 60 days, as the statute requires.
